Erald is married and has two children. They reside in Tirana, Albania, were he has lived most of his life. Erald is currently an online student in BYU-Pathway. He has worked in various business positions, all focused in managing and administering. Erald’s passion is teaching and coaching on how to progress and achieve success. He believes that we are responsible for our own long-term success and happiness and must be proactive in achieving it. Erald became a part of the “Albanian Faith Foundation” because he would like to help others and create the opportunity so they can use their responsibility
